Hi, I’m Phoebe Bee.
I work with women with ADHD who are building businesses or pursuing meaningful visions, helping them refine their focus, create structures that fit their energy, and move forward with sustainable momentum.
Many of the women I work with are capable, ambitious, and full of ideas — but ADHD can make it feel like you’re pulled in multiple directions. It can be challenging to know where to focus, maintain consistent progress, or turn ideas into action without feeling overwhelmed.
My role as a coach is to create a space where you can pause, gain clarity, and build systems that work with your natural energy, thinking style, and life.”
My Story
For most of my life, I felt full of potential but struggled to move forward in the way I wanted. I had big ideas, strong ambition, and a deep desire to build something meaningful — but I often found myself distracted, questioning my decisions, or wondering why progress felt harder than it seemed for others.
In 2024, I received my ADHD diagnosis. Far from limiting me, it gave me clarity and understanding. It helped me see how my mind naturally works — my creativity, energy, depth of thinking — and also the challenges of managing focus, priorities, and momentum.
This insight allowed me to design my work and life in a way that supports my strengths. And it helped me realize something crucial:
Many ambitious women with ADHD aren’t lacking motivation, discipline, or capability. Often, they just haven’t been given the space, structure, or support to refine their focus and move forward in a way that works for them.

My Work as a Coach
I help women with ADHD create the clarity, structure, and systems they need to move forward confidently in their businesses, creative projects, or meaningful careers.
I’m an ICF-trained coach and a qualified NLP practitioner (NLPAA), and I combine thoughtful conversation, deep listening, and practical reflection to help you see your thinking more clearly.
Rather than telling you what to do, coaching gives you the space to:
Clarify what truly matters to you
Refine your focus when multiple ideas or opportunities compete for your attention
Make confident decisions about where to direct your energy
Build momentum in a way that is sustainable and aligned with your ADHD strengths
My clients often describe coaching as the first place they can think out loud without judgment, step back from the noise, and reconnect with their own clarity.
What Matters Most to Me
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
You already hold the insight, creativity, and capability to build something meaningful.
Sometimes, all that’s needed is the right questions, reflection, and structure to bring that clarity forward. My role is to hold a thoughtful, supportive space where you can explore your thinking, refine your direction, and move forward in a way that feels intentional, grounded, and uniquely yours.
If This Sounds Like You
You might resonate with my work if you are:
Building a business, project, or meaningful career
Ambitious and motivated, but juggling multiple ideas and commitments
Seeking more clarity, focus, and confidence in your decisions
Ready to move forward with sustainable momentum without feeling overwhelmed
If that sounds like you, coaching may be a supportive next step.
Working Together
I offer a 3-month coaching container designed to help you:
Clarify where you are
